Returns policy 

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Before you make a return you must notify us by emailing info@babettedesigns.be and we will help you through our returns procedure. The return of the products take place at the expense and at the risk of the purchaser, but we will refund your postage cost with a flat rate. Any products should be returned to Babette Designs by courier service (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS, etc.) or bPost for national orders, within the original packaging. Products can only be returned in their original and undamaged state, together with original appurtenances and attachments such as the original label and tags, the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note, we do not accept any items with any indication that it was worn or used. The label and any other tags should still be attached. In case of doubt, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
